Kanfi then went on to work with William Hill for several years. He was managing director of two subsidiaries, based in the Philippines and Bulgaria, where he had full responsibility for customer service, risk, VIP retention, CRM, and more. During this time, he established and managed call centres with more than 350 employees spread around three locations and spearheaded numerous advancements, such as the move to live chat customer support, and the automation of risk and payment processes.
Decades of Industry Experience
Noam Kanfi has an extensive background in the iGaming industry. With close to two decades of experience, he has worked for several of the industry’s leading companies and risen through the ranks to hold senior positions.
Kanfi began his work in the iGaming industry with two of the very first online casinos to go live, Club Dice Casino and Carnival Casino. He started as a Customer Service Agent, a role that allowed him to learn all the basics needed to flourish in the industry. During his time with the company, time there were just 10 employees, meaning that Kanfi had a great range of responsibilities.
Before long, Kanfi had moved to working for the marketing firm Ad-Gency. Ad-Gency was widely admired for its innovative marketing strategies, which ultimately led to a major deal with William Hill and Playtech. In his role as VP of Internal Marketing, Kanfi had several responsibilities including tech, risk, finance, CRM, VIP, CS, creative, promotions, BI, customer experience and UX.
